These Terms govern the rights and obligations between you and us regarding the use of Bocker (hereinafter referred to as 'the Service').
The definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows: (1) 'User' refers to individuals or corporations who use the Service. (2) 'Content' refers to information posted, uploaded, or saved by Users on the Service.
We provide Users with a reservation and customer management system for beauty salons. The content of the Service may be changed at our discretion.
Users shall pay usage fees according to the pricing plans separately determined by us when using the Service.
Users shall not engage in the following activities when using the Service: (1) Activities that violate laws or public order and morals (2) Activities related to criminal acts (3) Activities that infringe upon our rights or the rights of other Users
We do not warrant, either explicitly or implicitly, that the Service is free from factual or legal defects.
We may change, add, or discontinue the Service without prior notice to Users.
Personal information obtained through the use of the Service shall be handled appropriately in accordance with our separately established 'Privacy Policy'.
These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law. Any disputes regarding the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our head office.
We may change these Terms at any time without notifying Users if deemed necessary.
